It is possible to book either the Marbæk Course or the Myrtue Course – or even both! The courses will then be closed all day for you and your event. That way, you can enjoy the day at a pace that suits you. The number of guests and your budget determine what tournament format will be used, but we will help you find the right solution.
During the tournament, it is possible to have different competitions, e.g. longest drive, nearest to the pin, beat the pro, etc. The only limit is your imagination. Of course there will be prizes for the competitions.
Esbjerg Golf Club also offers a so-called starter kit, which makes sure that your guests have everything needed for the round. In addition to that, loan clubs can be provided for guests who do not have their own equipment, if you let us know well in advance.
It is also possible for you to plan and hold your own Company Day. If you wish to take part in the whole event, Esbjerg Golf Club’s experienced staff can take over and organise the following tasks:
- Making invitations
- Guidance in choosing the right tournament format
- Receiving tournament entries
- Setting up tee times
- Preparing personal scorecards and team scorecards
- Setting up the golf course, including competitions
- Working out a program and tournament conditions
- Handing out scorecards and other relevant material on the day
- Starting play on the course
- Tournament direction during the round, if necessary
- Entering scores and preparing a scoreboard
- Assisting in the prize giving
- Catering on the course as desired
All printed materials will of course be provided with your company logo!
